Kickball INTENSITY: Fun in San Diego Gone Wrong!
Yes, as you get older, things start to change. I'm not happy about it. You likely won't be happy about it.
But regardless, it happens. And that brings me to today's video......stretching. Yes, stretching.
As you get older, it is highly advised that you stretch - just for stretching's sake. If you want to do some yoga for an additional workout, then go for it.
When I was younger, I used to downplay stretching massively, unless I was going to play a sport, or do a workout. And of course, I still recommend stretching before any physical activity.
But now, I also recommend stretching just to get through your day, and make your life more enjoyable. Not only will it prevent injury, it will make you more adaptable both physically and mentally.
Sometimes it takes life handing you an event, like it did for me this past weekend, to make you wise up.
And once you do, hopefully you won't end up pulling a hammy like I did!
